However, because our items are individually handmade, slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Billing & Account Accuracy You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us (e.g., if we suspect fraud or cannot fulfill a custom request).

4. Custom Orders & Personalization You are entirely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any names, dates, colors, or custom text provided for personalized items. Once a custom order enters production, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

5. Limitation of Liability Benny & Bow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.

6. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
